  This location is managed by Valeen Andrews who is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. She is constantly putting her employees down by calling them names and yelling at them for every little mistake. She never rewards a job well done by saying thank you or giving her employees raises regardless of their work ethic or time served at this location. She is negative, catty and afraid of conflict. She instead of resolving issues between employees will take sides of the issue and send out nasty text messages to employee's personal cell phones, swearing and threatening to fire people. She also has broken the Dunkin Donuts employee contract by harassing her employees and hiring her step daughter; which family is forbidden to work together in the same store. The list of how awful this woman is on a personal and professional stand point goes on and on with examples of her unprofessionalism, rude and uncalled for behavior. Her second in command Sarah Cormier is just as bad as her or perhaps even worse. This woman is 30 years old and a mother; yet she takes part in gossip around the store. She is extremely two-faced. She will be sweet as pie to your face then turn around and gossip behind your back. She is also lazy beyond belief. When she is in charge of the store she will not help the crew members below her rank. Instead she spends most of the day on her cell phone which is against the rules. Overall DO NOT work for this location unless you enjoy being called names, being made fun of and receiving little pay with no chance of a raise.
